For the last twenty years, Ms. Mintzer-McMahon has been working as an organizational consultant, executive coach and trainer. She specializes in leadership development, team building, change management and building strategic partnerships. In 1989 she founded The Center for Transitional Management (CTM) in Orinda, California. Experience and Distinctions
Based on her specialization in leadership development, coaching and consulting, she is a contributing author to Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Practice of leadership. She has also been featured speaker on national radio and TV as well as an expert contributor for Leadership Excellence, APA publications and many others.
